Designed and engineered solo in two weeks. Built on Next.js, Convex, and Razorpay, with handcrafted digital papers, tactile typography, and a writing flow built to slow people down. The launch brought in 100+ signups and 200+ letters sent within 48 hours.

A curated design-tool directory that gives AI coding agents real design knowledge
Built a directory of 350+ design tools across 13 categories and packaged it as an MCP server so agents like Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex can query verified fonts, UI kits, icon packs and more in a handful of tokens. Includes a browseable directory and a submission flow for the community.

Bangalore's verified at-home beauty and bridal services marketplace
Owned brand and go-to-market strategy end-to-end finalized the visual identity, built an 8-category, 98-service catalogue with phased launch logic, produced a Claude Code-ready platform brief (Next.js, Convex, Clerk, Razorpay), and launched the Instagram presence with a full content calendar.
