At-home beauty and bridal services are high-trust, high-consideration purchases. For a marketplace like Carezy, the challenge was not just visibility. It was making a wide catalogue feel credible, easy to browse, and launch-ready for both customers and future product development.
Solution
Ridzeal owned the brand and go-to-market strategy end-to-end, finalised the visual identity, built an 8-category, 98-service catalogue with phased launch logic, produced a Claude Code-ready platform brief built around Next.js, Convex, Clerk, and Razorpay, and launched the Instagram presence with a full content calendar.
