1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ridzeal's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Ridzeal provides content strategy, brand strategy, LinkedIn growth, social media management, design, and development services. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

3. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in the individual project agreement. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Project-based work requires a deposit before work commences.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables and associated intellectual property are transferred to the client. Work-in-progress materials remain the property of Ridzeal until final payment is received.

5. Revisions

The number of revision rounds is specified in each project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ridzeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 30 days written notice. Project-based work may be terminated by either party in accordance with the specific project agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
