The Challenge

Chinmaya posted occasionally, but without a strategy, there was no cumulative effect. His profile was under-optimised, his positioning was unclear, and the content he published wasn't attracting the kind of clients he wanted to work with. The expertise was there. Before writing a single post, we audited Chinmaya's positioning and identified the specific niche where his expertise created the most value. We rewrote his profile headline, About section, and featured links from scratch, treating each as conversion copy. A 90-day content calendar was built around three pillars: thought leadership, storytelling, and social proof, each mapped to a different stage of the client decision journey.

Execution

The content mix was intentional: some posts to build audience, some to build trust, some to drive action. No hollow engagement bait. No recycled frameworks. Each piece was written to sound like Chinmaya thinks on his best day. Voice was developed through a deep-dive session in week one and refined over the first month of feedback. By month two, the posts required minimal editing.
Results
LinkedIn became his most effective sales channel.
