Overview

The content existed. The strategy didn't. Posts were going out without a framework behind them, so there was no consistent message building in the audience's mind. Tattva Harmony needed content that worked harder than a calendar.

Improved engagement, a more consistent posting cadence, and a brand voice the team could maintain independently.

We mapped the brand story, defined a three-pillar content framework built on education, inspiration, and community, and built a Canva template library the team could run themselves without briefing a designer for every post.

The Brief

A warm brand with a cold social presence.

Tattva Harmony's offering was genuine and differentiated. But the Instagram presence didn't reflect it. Posts were inconsistent in tone, visual style, and frequency. There was no content framework, no clear message architecture, and no system the team could use independently. The brand was showing up. It just wasn't landing.

Approach

Build the strategy before building the content.

The first step was understanding the brand properly. A brand story session surfaced the values, the audience, and the emotional territory Tattva Harmony wanted to own. From that, we defined three content pillars: Education, Inspiration, and Community. Each had clear post types, tone guidelines, and visual rules. Then we built a Canva template library that brought it all to life in a format the team could use without external support.

Content Strategy

A system, not just a schedule.

A monthly content calendar built around the three pillars, with each post mapped to a specific audience intent: building awareness, nurturing trust, or prompting action. Educational posts explained wellness concepts in accessible language. Service spotlights showed what working with Tattva Harmony actually looked like. Testimonial content gave social proof without feeling forced. Every post had a purpose beyond filling the grid.

Outcome

A brand that finally sounds like itself.

Engagement improved, posting became more consistent, and the client's feedback was clear: the content felt like them. The Canva system meant the team could continue producing on-brand content after the engagement ended, without needing to brief a designer for every post. Tattva Harmony had something they didn't have before: a content infrastructure they owned.
